Highly recommend getting your car here. we shopped around so many places trying to find a new car and nowhere had any stock. Max was able to get us a 2023 Jetta- in manual which we were really wanting but being told by everyone else it would be months to get one. Max was great to deal with. he was informative, friendly and was quick to answer any questions or concerns. The whole team was very pleasant to work with. Just wanted to say thank you to the team at Lauria VW! My door clasp wasn’t working properly (door wouldn’t close) and they took my car into the bay and warmed it up and gave it some love. Not only did they deal with my problem right away, they didn’t charge me a cent. Thank you to the team at Lauria VW. They also gave me a free car wash. Reminded me of old school business principles. The service department is the best there is. Ron and his team are fast and extremely focused on getting my car serviced to perfection. Their shop is clean, welcoming and well organized. The waiting area is beautiful and comfortable. (Not that you have to wait long.) I drive out of my way to bring my VW Jetta here for servicing. Lauria is also very supportive of co-op students in the school board I work at and are willing to share their expertise and guidance with them to build future talent in their service department.

Today was my first time visiting Lauria for a service appt. and it was a night and day experience from the dealership I’ve dealt with in the past (Owasco). The people were so friendly, welcoming and quickly fixed my issue. I will be taking my Golf to this location for all service needs and future sales needs. I am willing to drive an extra 35mins for their quality service and support. Thanks for changing my mind about dealerships after some unfortunate encounters at Owasco.
Good dealership but service is too slow. For a mere oil change or tire change it's over an hour and other places manage these jobs in half an hour! Faster service would be a great improvement!
Needs to be faster , longer then a one hour wait. An oil change should be thirty minutes.

I have stopped in twice know to have my tires checked as the tire pressure indicator has come. I've had no appointment. the staff were exceptional and so accommodating. they made me feel welcome and fixed my issues right on the spot. I am so pleased with them. They do a great job.

Have never taken a car that I have owned to the dealership for service, so I was apprehensive about doing it for my 2015 Golf. Brought it there for an A/C service and they were fast, friendly and it was a reasonable price (for a dealership) to have it fixed. It has been blowing cold air ever since and I will bring my car back for additional service I'm sure. Also comes with a free car wash code for the on site car wash👍

I would have rated my service visit a 5, except that the mechanic forgot to reset my oil change warning light and I didn’t notice that until the next day.
I absolutely love my 2021 Tiguan R Line purchased from Lauria. I went in knowing the car I wanted and Harley was great with answering our (many) questions. We did have one issue with an employee who no longer works there but James was quick to jump in and work with us to resolve the issue. I also dealt with Alyssa briefly who was great as well and Yvonne who was also lovely. I will definitely recommend Lauria in the future!
The service light came on in my 2015VW jetta while on the 401 while I was far from home! I pulled into Lauria and they were able to have someone view my vehicle on the spot - I didn't have an appointment nor did I call in advance. I am not their customer - I didn't buy my vehicle there, but they gave me quick, excellent service. Thanks so much!!

Alicia is amazing and the technicians are good as well nobody know your vehicle better than the ones that built them you pay a little bit more but who cares and 9 times out of 10 they have a loaner so you can leave the car for a day or 2 and still get to work. Also they wash your car if there's time or they will give you a code for a free one

As usual received fantastic service at Lauria Volkswagen today. With covid restrictions it is a bit of a hassle but they were easy to make an appointment and felt comfortable. Got myself a complimentary car wash and it is definitely the best in town. It did have a bit of a lineup so it took a little longer, but I think that is also because it is the first nice weekend of the Spring.
I leased a 2021 Execline Jetta with the help of the brand specialist Mark and sales manager James, it was a wonderful experience. I travelled 30 minutes out of my way to come to Lauria Volkswagen and I was not disappointed, they were super kind and treated me amazingly. I definitely recommend and will be coming back when my lease ends!
